Lucky Day Animal Rescue Adoption Application Fees

Every Lucky Day animal will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption (PACFA rule) . They will also be microchipped, de-wormed if necessary and current on all vaccinations up to date of adoption.  Puppies and kittens younger than 16 weeks will need a rabies shot and  possibly will need to have their vaccinations boosted, at the sole responsibility of the adopter. We also recommend heartworm prevention monthly.

Adoption Process
We require that you sign a contract with us, promising that you will give the animal proper food, exercise and medical care among other things, and that should you ever have to surrender the animal (which we certainly hope you will not), that it must be returned to Lucky Day or a Lucky Day approved rescue group or home.

Sorry, we do not adopt out of state (outside Colorado).
