fostering Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster home to one of our rescued animals at Lucky Day. Volunteers are the heart of our organization and we appreciate each volunteer’s hard work and dedication.

Please read our Guide for Foster Families and then complete the entire application and answer the questions honestly – feel free to use the notes section at the end of this form to provide us with more information. This enables us to place the dog/cat with the right foster home.

Once we receive your completed application, you will be contacted to discuss your application and commitment to fostering one of our wonderful dogs or cats.

Please note: A home visit will be required prior to fostering a dog/cat for Lucky Day. We reserve the right to deny any application at our sole discretion.
