Precious little Powder is available for adoption.  She was born in a barn so took a while to get used to living in a house but has come a long way! She is absolutely gorgeous with such a soft coat.  Her foster mama said 'She is still a little skittish and likes to hide when she naps but she is the cutest kitty and super playful. She loves to be brushed and pet. Not the best cuddler (yet) but she wants to be near me most of the time.” Powder is about 9 months old (estimated DOB 05/09/2022), is litter box trained, spayed and current on vaccinations. I am looking for someone to foster my 13 year old, indoor cat. Possibly long term (1-6 months) until I am able to find housing that allows me to keep her. She is sweet, loving, playful, and loves to snuggle at night. She does not enjoy being around other pets, but has lived with a dog for the last 10 years and tolerates him. 

My ideal situation would be to find a loving home where she could stay for a few months until i could take her back, I would provide her food and litter.

I have worked in shelter medicine for years, and have fostered over 20 animals myself. Being able to provide a safe and loving home to pets in transition has always been something I have loved doing, and now I am am reaching out hoping that someone can help me.

My least ideal option would be for me to rehome her completely. I have had this cat her entire life, and really do not want to surrender her or give her up for adoption. My current circumstances are forcing my hand, and I am desperately searching for a safe and suitable living arrangement for her while I look for a better situation for all of us.
