Meet Winny!  

This sweet girl is ready for her forever home. Just in time for the holidays!  Wrapped and ready for her new person or whole family.  Winny is just the  sweetest gal who will reward you with all her heart. She came to us as a puppy having been rescued from a ditch off the side of the road in Arkansas understandably  frightened of the world.  She celebrated her first birthday with us and has grown into a remarkable sweet girl. She is amazing!

We think Winny is a Catahoula mix and definitely has some herding habits and is very athletic and enjoys jumping.  She is good with other dogs and loves kids!  She is a loyal and loving companion, easily crate trained and has an insatiable appetite!  She is about 16 months old, still a puppy and is about 35 pounds.

FOSTER NEEDED FOR SAMMY! arriving to CO Jan. 21st! Can you help??

Sammy is guessed to be about 10 months old, is 51 pounds and has the best smile ever. Not sure how she ended up in a  shelter but she was fortunate enough to be scooped up and went to a foster home in MO. Since being in her foster home she has gotten glowing reports from her foster dad. She lives with another dog, is crated when her dad goes to work and couldn’t be sweeter. She has met children and done well. She seems to love everyone! This sweet girl has no problem sharing food, has a beautiful temperament, is very good and calm. She walks well on a leash. Sammy loves other dogs and playing. We haven’t seen her with a cat yet so not sure about cats. Her foster said she is such a lovable girl who adores attention. Potty trained, loves her blanket and is fine sleeping in her crate but would rather be with her people. This happy guy is about one year old and a Doodle mix of some sort. The guess is Sheep Dog/Poodle mix, but just a guess. He has a great personality. Shep is playful, loving, and just full of energy. He is happy all of the time. He is currently underweight for his body frame weighing in at 55 pounds but could definitely use some groceries. This guy loves everyone he meets, people or dogs, just a beautiful, fun loving fella. He was found as a stray so we don’t know anything about his background but we know he is excited to meet his new family! Shep needs an active person or family as he has lots of playful energy. Tigger is one awesome  Australian Sheperd! He arrived as a stray and Lucky Day tagged him right away. The vet thinks he is about 2 years old and he weighs in at 46. He loves people, is good with other dogs and has a constant smile on his face. He is a great snuggler, and wants to be part of the action.  True to his breed, he is crazy smart. His fosters have been working on his leash training and jumping up. He has been a quick study! He loves his crate, it is a safe spot for him! He would love to hike, skin, camp, play and explore! FOSTER NEEDED FOR WYNONA! arriving January 21… can you help?
Meet the pretty Wynona! This special girl was found abandoned but has been in a foster home for a bit now (in Arkansas) and is doing great! Not sure of her breed mix, maybe some Catahoula Leopard Dog, Aussie, Terrier? Not sure of her breed but she is precious with great markings. This amazing girl is super friendly and gets along well with other dogs. She is young, still puppyish, likely around a year and is about 35-40 pounds. She loves to play tug-of-war with other dogs and games of chase are super fun with the resident Weimaraner. She would love a doggy sibling. She is now potty trained and so excited for her new family! Butter is coming to CO soon! (estimated arrival Jan 21)

Butter is about 5 months old and already over 50 pounds, he is going to be a big fella! He is sooo good looking and has a personality to match! Super friendly with other dogs and although on the shy side is great with all people. He is easy going and curious. He is learning to walk on a leash but will need continued training. Not a barker, even when the other dogs are barking. He is such a sweet pup and super gentle. Snoopy has arrived! This precious girl is all sweetness and wiggles and all things good. Her vet records say 1 year but we think she seems younger, she still moves like a goofy pup! She is 54 pounds. We don’t know about her background but we do know she is oh so sweet, gentle and just the right amount of playful and cuddly. Snoop dog is great with other dogs and loves to play play play! She is respectful of dogs who don’t want to play and has had lots of exposure at doggy day care making her adapt at ‘reading the room'. This girl is a very happy girl who brings so much joy to all around her and super cute too!  Not sure of her breed mix, whatever it is she has such great markings and is a total love bug. Sweet Dasher boy was living outside in AR and ended up in the local shelter. Our awesome rescue partners sprung him and moved him to a foster home. We are bringing him to CO to find a family of his own where he can play outside but sleep and be with his family indoors. He is 6 years old and 20 pounds and low to no shedding. Looks like a Cairn Terrier but just a guess. Dash is such a great dog! He is playful but will immediately go lay down and entertain himself if needed. He gets along great with other dogs and is submissive to bossy dogs. This guy is smart, pays attention and is so much fun. He is great with kids! He walks well on a leash.
